Every booking made on the site, newest first. A guest's dates are held for 30 minutes while they pay; if the payment does not arrive the hold lapses and the nights open again.
What the site shows guests, night by night. Click any night to block it from that date.
Click a night above to fill in the dates, then either block it or record a booking made off the site — a phone call, a walk-in, or an agent. Blocked nights and manually added bookings both disappear from the site calendar. Both the first and last night count.
These are the figures guests see. Enter whole pula amounts. A stay of 30 nights or more is quoted on request: the monthly figure is shown to guests as a guide, and you set their actual price on the booking itself.
The dates when you charge more — festive season, school holidays, a big event in town. Each period carries its own nightly rate. Nights inside a peak period are charged one by one at that rate, with no weekly saving; the rest of a stay keeps the cheapest night-and-week combination above. Guests see your periods listed under the rate cards and tinted on the calendar. Periods may not overlap.
The site shows rand, dollar and pound estimates beside the pula rate. Rates are fetched live and refreshed every 12 hours; the values below are only used if that feed is unavailable. Leave them as they are unless you want to pin your own.
Every enquiry sent from the site form lands here, newest first. Call, WhatsApp or email straight from a card, then mark it handled once you have replied.
Every call, WhatsApp and email link on the site follows these.

Drag to reorder, or use the arrows. The first photograph is the large one on the site. “Wide” makes a photograph span two columns.
Paste the calendar export link from Airbnb, Booking.com or your agent. We read it and block those nights here. This is one-way: bookings made on this site do not appear on the other channel, so keep one channel as the source of truth.
These are the credentials DPO issued you — a Company Token and a Service Type ID. The value saved here always wins over anything set on the server, so switching from the shared sandbox credentials to your live ones is just a save here, with nothing to redeploy. Guests pay in pula or US dollars; both go through the same credentials below.
